Requirements

Executive-Marketing & Leasing
  • To source and secure new tenants for the mall.
  • To liaise with new retailers and existing Tenants regards to the Tenancy matters.
  • To prepare proposal letters, Letter of Offer and Tenancy Agreement.
  • To liaise with legal department in respect of all Tenancy Agreement matters.
  • To assist and provide information to credit control department for billing purpose.
  • To provide weekly and monthly reports in regards to marketing and tenancy status.
  • To assist management on preparation of yearly budget and marketing plan reports.
  • To conduct design briefing with new and existing tenants for new renovation and upgrading renovation works which we guide the tenants on the standard design guideline and requirements.
  • To prepare proposal letters and Letter of Offer for new prospects and tenants.
  • To do casual leasing
  • Other documentation work as and when required.
Assistant Manager-Marketing & Leasing
  • To assist Leasing Manager of all leasing and tenancy matters mostly for Anchor Tenants International Brands and chain stores retailers.
  • To source and secure new Tenants and to liaise with existing Tenants especially for Anchor Tenants, International Brand and chain stores retailer with regards to leasing and tenancy matters.
  • Involved in upgrade of the shopping mall and re-planned for tenant’s mixed.
  • Work closely with Operations Dept which we advised on tenants’ trade and standard provision requirement.
  • Work closely with Operation Department on tenancy design coordination.
  • To assist Leasing Manager supervising leasing activities.
  • To provide weekly and monthly report with regards to leasing and tenancy matters.
  • To assist Leasing Manager on preparation of yearly budget report.
  • To liaise with company’s appointed solicitors in respect of Tenancy Agreement.
Sales Staff
  • Pleasant and good interpersonal skills
  • Able to speak in Chinese/Mandarin – added advantage
  • Good selling skills
  • Good bargaining power
  • PC Literate
  • Good spoken & written English – added advantage
M & E Supervisor (Project)
  • Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, engineering, building or equivalent
  • To assist project team
  • Good knowledge in electrical, mechanical & constructions
Project Manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in Building / Civil or equivalent.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in constructions.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Exposed to high rise building constructions.
  • Hotel construction background will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge in building statutory rules and regulations.
  • Directs and manages multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, planners, and technicians in needs assessment and the development of plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for completion of projects.
  • Determines priority and directs completion of projects as per the design and specifications.
Qty Surveyor
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveyor or Building or equivalent.
  • Familiar with project costing and contract administration.
  • Able to work independently and have experience in closing the final Account.
  • Processing of progress claims by sub-contractors/supplier
  • Ensure proper documentation of contract review, customer contracts, budgets, quantity records, quotations etc.
  • Monitors, updates and files contracts drawings and correspondence between main office and project office, between customer / consultant and project office.
  • Takes off quantities for each trade and builds up rates for new tenders.
  • Sources for competitive offers from suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • Prepares and maintains a database of standard rates and price list for different construction items, both for tendering purposes and evaluation of offers by sub-contractors / suppliers.
  • Compilation of particulars of prospective sub-contractors / suppliers.
  • Assist the Contract Manager in the preparation of agreements, tenders, quotations and contract documents.
Interior Designer
  • Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design for Management approval.
  • Confer with Management to determine factors affecting planning interior environments, such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose and function.
  • Advise Management on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color coordination.
  • Select or design, and purchase furnishings, art works, and accessories.
  • Formulate environmental plan to be practical, esthetic, and conducive to intended purposes, such as raising the product demand.
  • Sub-contract fabrication, installation, and arrangement of carpeting, fixtures, accessories, draperies, paint and wall coverings, art work, furniture, and related items.
  • Render design ideas in form of paste-ups or drawings.
