Requirements

Leasing Manager / Assistant Manager
  • Diploma / Degree in Estate/Building Management or any related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in retail property management
  • To explore and develop new leasing opportunities
  • To prepare, develop and implement marketing plans and strategies
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Aggressive, independent, energetic, tactful, committed and result oriented
Chargeman
  • Minimum AO certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga
  • Minimum 5 years working experience
  • Familiar with Electrical Supply Act, Electricity Regulations, IEE Wiring Regulations etc
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to work independently
  • Liaise with government bodies on regulatory matters
  • Knowledge in Fire Safety, First Aid and CPR will be an added advantage
Quantity Surveyor
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveyor or Building or relevant
  • Familiar with project costing and contract administration
  • Able to liaise with clients, consultants, Contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, authorities and government agencies
  • Responsible for preparation of contract documents, progress Payment to Contractor and sub-contractor and finalization of final Account
  • Independent and able to meet tight deadlines
Operations Executives
  • Diploma / Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant working experience in shopping mall operations
  • To monitor and oversee day to day operational matters i.e. tenancy fit-out, M&E, housekeeping, car park and landscape.
  • Must be a team player to coordinate and work closely with other departments.
  • Willing to work long and odd hours.
Customer Service Officer / Assistant
  • SPM / Diploma in any related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience preferably in property or development industry
  • Attend to customer queries, requests and complaints tactfully and professionally
  • Provide an accurate, efficient and quality services that exceeds the customer’s expectations
  • Excellent work attitude, a team player, proactive, independent, resourceful, with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of people
Clerk of Work (1 Civil Structural, 1 M&E)
  • SPM / Diploma in any related discipline
  • SPM holders must at least 7 years working experience and Diploma holders must be at least 3 years working experience in the high rise building preferably in hotel / shopping complex
  • Able to comprehend construction drawing
  • Good command in English and Malay
  • Preferably be computer literate
  • Independent and hardworking
